How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up for any plan and get full access for 14 days. No credit card required. If you don't upgrade, you'll be moved to the free tier with limited access.
What platforms do you support?
We support Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and any custom e-commerce store with publicly accessible product pages.
How do scans work?
Each plan includes monthly scan credits (Scout: 3, Operator: 10, Command: 25). Use "Scan Now" to instantly pull competitor data — prices, products, and more. Scheduled scans run automatically on paid plans and are completely free. Need more? Buy extra credit packs starting at €9 for 10 scans.
How often are prices checked?
Scheduled monitoring runs daily on Scout and Operator plans. Command plan includes hourly monitoring for maximum coverage. You can also trigger instant scans anytime using your scan credits.
What are AI Briefs?
AI Briefs are automated competitive intelligence reports generated by Claude. They summarize price movements, ad changes, and market trends into actionable insights.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can downgrade or cancel from your settings at any time.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored on Supabase with row-level security. We never share your data or competitor lists with anyone.
Does the data get better over time?
Yes. Price history, trend analysis, and AI briefs all improve with more data. After 30 days you'll spot pricing patterns. After 90 days you'll predict competitor moves before they happen. Your accumulated history is a competitive advantage nobody can replicate overnight.
How do industry benchmarks work?
We aggregate anonymized metrics across stores in your industry — pricing, catalog size, and review ratings. The more stores that join, the sharper these benchmarks become. It's a network effect: every participant makes the data better for everyone.
