Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to your selected plan's features without being charged. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan with no charge.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to your current plan until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Your competitor data, scan history, and alerts are preserved and remain accessible on the Free plan (subject to Free plan limits).
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Subscription Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you continue to have access until the end of your paid period. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, or if you experience a significant service outage, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

4. One-Time Purchases

Scan credit packs and competitor slot add-ons are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once credits or slots have been added to your account. These purchases are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

When you upgrade your plan, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, a credit is applied to your next invoice. Changes take effect immediately — you gain or lose access to features right away.

6. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you via email and in-app alert. Stripe will automatically retry the payment over the following days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended and your account downgraded to the Free plan. You can update your payment method at any time via the billing portal.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, the charge in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
